Ms. Nikita Maggon brings over a decade of experience in handling compliances under Corporate law, SEBI registered Alternative Investment Funds, Regulatory and Legal affairs, policy framing and implementation, Environment Social and Governance (ESG) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliances. She previously served as Compliance Officer of Funds at CX Partners (leading private equity firm).

She is a qualified Company Secretary and has earned Master’s Degree from Delhi University and B.Com (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
